Support for C-Net Amiga BBS is provided exclusively through Future World II BBS online message areas.  This is to ensure that others like yourself can benefit from the discussions online.  Who knows, the answer you seek may already be posted one one of the support message bases.

To login to Future World II BBS you will need to use a telnet client to connect to fw2.cnetbbs.net on port 6800.  SyncTerm is a popular client and is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux.  mTelnet is another popular telnet client, but is available only on Windows.
